Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo

An elegant suspension bridge soaring across Tokyo Bay connecting Tokyo waterfront with Odaiba, the Rainbow Bridge is one of the must see spots in Tokyo. The bridge is so named for its changing color lights in the evening. The bridge carries eight lanes of vehicular traffic, two sets of rails, and, a pedestrian walkway. This photo was captured from the Odaiba side. You can have a faint glimpse of Tokyo Tower, the tallest edifice in all of Japan.
